Business Operations Intern
Canidium is a leader in Sales Performance Management and Incentive Compensation Management. We partner with mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies to provide the expertise and assistance in selecting and implementing sales performance management, sales analytics, and related sales-enabling technologies that result in a better understanding of where to focus and how to motivate sales teams to increase their likelihood of generating higher and more profitable sales.
The business ops intern will contribute to the operations of the business by performing and/or assisting with analysis, reporting, and data entry. Ideal candidates will be in their junior or senior year of an undergraduate program in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Information Systems or a similar field with comparable technical requirements. Open to Masters students in a related program.
Canidium offers competitive hourly wages and the opportunity for remote / hybrid work. Interns that live near the Fort Collins office are encouraged to work from the office at least once a week.
Responsibilities:
Assist with operating, maintaining, and analyzing our professional services automation system (PSA), and provide support to staff on the use of the PSA system and related tools
Create and maintain company performance dashboards and spreadsheets
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to company operations
Conduct data analysis to generate insights and inform strategic decision-making
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis activities
Complete additional projects as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations

Skills & Experience Needed:
Strong spreadsheet and analytics skills, preferably in Google Sheets
Coding experience in a professional environment is a plus
Knowledge and understanding of business math and business acumen
Working toward a degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Information Systems or a similar field with comparable technical requirements. Also open to Masters students studying a similar field.
Compensation and benefits:
This is a part time position with an pay range of $20 - $23 per hour
