Insurance SAP APM Consultant - Sr. Consultant (INS3)

Canidium is a leader in Sales Performance Management and we partner with mid-sized and Fortune 500 insurance and wealth management companies to implement SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management solutions to transform the agent and advisor experience and create high performing sales distribution channels.

Insurance Consultants and Senior Consultants implement SaaS solutions by gathering and documenting business requirements and applying their knowledge of industry best practices to implement SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management and Agent Connection software to deliver the best Producer experience.

 

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Expert in SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management and Agent Connection software.

  • Expert in commission and bonus plans typically used with external Producers.

  • Expert in managing agent, agency, policy, membership and premium information across multiple lines of insurance.

  • Knowledgeable in managing advisor, broker dealer, policy and asset information.

  • Excellent working knowledge of Producer onboarding and ongoing Producer servicing.

  • Strong technical aptitude, and ability to coach newer team members.

  • Adept at leading customer discovery meetings, technical discussions and user training.

 

Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to analyze, problem solve and create working solutions to meet customer requirements.

  • Work effectively in project teams. 

  • Strong organizational skills and can work on multiple projects at once.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Has a commitment to customer success.

  

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management cloud software.

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Connection a plus.  

 

Compensation and benefits: These positions have a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 depending on skills and experience. This job is eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.
