The IT Manager will have oversight of all internal IT infrastructure and act as a System Administrator of all internal software, while managing an IT intern. This position will lead the information security program and conduct reviews of client security requirements and questionnaires as well as maintain and improve Canidium’s posture. Once a year the IT Coordinator/Manager will lead a SOC2 Type II audit of the company. This position will report to the CEO.
This is a hybrid position. Preference will be given to candidates able to commute to our Old Town, Fort Collins location a couple days per week.
Responsibilities Include:
Daily administration of Microsoft Admin Center including Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID (Azure AD), Licensing, and other
Administration of Microsoft Intune MDM and ensuring continued compliance
Information security policy creation and review
Incident response, business continuity and disaster recovery, and other policy testing, implementation, and refinement
Annual SOC 2 Type II Audit with external auditing firm
Completion of incoming security questionnaires, reviewing of DPA documents, and other tasks for client onboarding
Sourcing, procuring, and inventory management of all Canidium equipment both in the US and internationally including VDI infrastructure
New employee provisioning and onboarding
Maintenance of internal network
End user support and assistance including hardware, software, and network issues
Lead and mentor the IT team
Software management including inventory, procurement, and implementation
Vendor management
Budgeting

Requirements:
Certifications Cyber Security including CASP+, CySA+, Security+, CISSP, CISM, Etc.
3-5+ years IT experience
1-2 years management experience in any field
Experience in accomplishing tasks in a remote workforce environment
Some networking experience
A strong background in the administration of cloud based SaaS applications such as Google Workspaces Enterprise, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Hubspot, Smartsheet
Security policy and contract review experience
Must have a technical background, troubleshooting experience, and comprehension of business operations
Must be able to take initiative and have a problem-solving mentality
Preferred:
Google to Microsoft Migration experience preferred
Google Workspace Enterprise Administration Experience preferred
Cyber security background preferred
SOC2 Audit experience
Experience with object-oriented programming (ideally JavaScript or Python)
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of working at a desk and on a computer
Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times
Compensation and benefits: This position has a salary range of $75,000-$120,000. This job is eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) match to eligible employees.
