What You’ll Do

Assist in maintaining, analyzing, and improving our professional services automation (PSA) system
Support team members by providing insights and assistance with PSA tools
Build and manage company performance dashboards to track key business metrics
Conduct data analysis to generate meaningful insights and support decision-making
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and operations
Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements
Take on special projects that contribute to Canidium’s operational efficiency

Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Google Sheets or other spreadsheet tools (analytics and formulas)
Coding experience
Strong understanding of business math and analytics
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
