Essential Functions: 
  • Develop and implement strategic account sales plans for assigned vendor(s)
  • Forecast sales accurately and timely in SFDC
  • Work cooperatively with customers and vendors to determine customer needs
  • Represent Canidium at conferences throughout the year
  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on competitor analyses
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients
  • Meet with clients, assist vendors and maintain relationships, negotiate and close deals
  • Prepare weekly sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client and partner base expansion
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition
 
Requirements: 
  • Have a problem solving mentality focused on client needs and successfully selling and implementing Canidium services
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with technical and nontechnical project team members at all levels
  • Exhibit initiative evident through Salesforce updates, schedule calendar meetings, and active communication with potential clients
  • Results driven: able to develop and increase sales revenue, meet target quotas, and show results
  • Thorough comprehension of software and services, Incentive Compensation Management and Sales Performance Management a plus
  • Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
 
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • SaaS experience and technical background preferred, including SPM and CRM space
 
Job Type:  Direct Hire
Primary Location:  Anywhere, USA
Travel:  This position requires up to 75% travel, and regularly requires long work hours.
