Canidium Project Managers oversee system implementation projects for Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) products. Project Managers oversee the project plan, team resources, client interactions, project financials, and timelines.
  • Manage monthly financials, time and expense tracking and approvals. Update project documentation as required
  • Estimate work effort, team member capabilities, and timelines for completion accurately
  • Assess and mitigate project delivery risks. Maintain and complete project deliverables on time and within budget
  • Provide weekly project status reports and monthly executive status reports
  • Analyze technical problems and recommend solution options to project team and clients
  • Coordinate with sales and leadership to close business. Communicate sales information and product changes internally and externally.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to facilitate timely project completion
  • ‚ÄčIdentify and qualify opportunities to obtain add-on work, up-sell, and secure managed services contracts.

  • 2+ years prior technical project management experience with package software implementation required
  • 2+ years ICM / SPM project experience with software packages from companies like CallidusCloud, Xactly, IBM (Varicent), NICE (Merced)
  • Experience with CRM (SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Financials (Oracle, Zuora, etc.)
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with technical and nontechnical project team members at all levels

    Travel:  Some positions may require 20-100% travel
