The Analyst is responsible for implementing and designing reports in commission software such as CallidusCloud, Xactly, and IBM Varicent.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions and incentives 
  • Maintain accurate quotas and rates for the Sales compensation plans
  • Manage plan exception requests and escalate as required
  • Conduct regular reviews of commission data to ensure accuracy
  • Assist with variety business units including HR, Finance, and Sales Operations
  • Perform data gathering and tracking of metrics 
  • Review, analyze and track relevant practice metrics to ensure business objectives are met 
  • Gathers, analyzes, and compares information related to sales and forecasting
  • Prepares reports, including charts and graphs, and presents information to for leadership review
Job Requirements:
  • B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar related degree
  • 3-5 years of related business analyst experience
  • Sales reporting & analysis experience
  • Proficient in commission automation tools such as CallidusCloud or Xactly
  • Proven ability to program and project manage initiatives to completion
  • Experience in requirements definition, designing, developing & deployment of Account Management & Sales reporting
  • Ability to strategically develop, communicate and manage a program roadmap & strategy
  • Solid understanding of sales account management, processes, & product data relationships
  • Proficient in standard software, including Salesforce
