Workforce Optimization Practice Lead
Canidium currently has an opening for a Workforce Optimization Practice Lead. The practice lead will be responsible for Workforce Optimization practice building activities, as well as delivery and sales assistance of performance management, workforce management, quality management and analytics solutions.

  • Drive the successful delivery of all types of professional service engagements--new implementations, upgrades, expansions, business consulting, assessments, and health checks
  • Work closely with sales leadership on identifying new business opportunities and facilitate these opportunities as they work their way through the funnel 
  • Foster the relationships with key partner stakeholders to ensure our teams have the latest product knowledge, as well as be able to identify additional projects opportunities for expanding our footprint with each partner
  • Be able to manage workload and efforts across 4 primary functions: Delivery Oversight & Leadership, Sales & Business Development, Resource & People Development and Practice Growth Activities
  • Drive accurate budgeting & forecasting activities across the practice
  • Partner with Strategy and Marketing colleagues to develop thought leadership collateral--webinars, blog/social media posts, industry & partner conference participation 
  • Participate in recruiting activities for new prospects, as well as onboarding and mentoring activities for all new team members
  • Be open to periodic travel (25%-50%) depending on opportunities and project work
Required Skills: 
  • 5+ years experience working in technology and/or enterprise software
  • 5+ years project/program management experience--leading teams, budgeting, forecasting, driving projects to successful outcomes 
  • Experience with at least one leading provider of Workforce Optimization software such as NICE, Verint, Aspect, Calabrio, Genesys
  • Experience building, managing, and scaling partnerships 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ideally to key stakeholders and customer/partner executives 
  • Familiarity with contact center/customer service operations, the key metrics that drive this area of a customer's organization, and the technology stack that powers the contact center and the customer service experience
