Insurance Compensation Management Consultant

Insurance Compensation Management (ICM) consultants gather and document business requirements and while designing, configuring, and testing system components using SAP Sales Cloud- Insurance Compensation Management application.
Job Responsibilities Include:  
  • Demonstrating in-depth expertise in SPM/ICM software, while maintaining a broad understanding of the system and engineering client solutions across multiple projects. Preferably experience with SAP Sales Cloud- Insurance Compensation Management application
  • Maintaining strong technical aptitude, while having the ability to acquire new skills quickly
  • Collaborating with Canidium Sales team to create accurate technical aspects of Signatures of Work
  • Estimating work effort, team member capabilities, and timelines for completion
  • Participating in kickoff sessions, and/or leading technical discussions
  • Identifying opportunities to obtain add-on work
Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology products and languages
  • Ability to problem solve and think strategically
  • Ability to confidently facilitate client meetings
  • Professional organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills & Experience Needed:
  • 5+ years experience with SQL, relational database, and IT project experience
  • 3+ years experience within the insurance industry preferred (health, life, P&C, etc.)
  • Eagerness to contribute to a high growth, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
The salary range for this position is: $75,000- $110,000.
