The Marketing Manager will support the overall marketing strategy while overseeing the marketing department. We are looking for a hands-on manager who isn’t afraid to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to support your team. The ideal candidate for this position will be an expert in driving digital marketing and B2B strategy implementation to maximise brand awareness and engagement.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the following:
Develop and execute on marketing strategies to support our partners and stakeholders
Tracking success and bringing visibility to marketing outcomes with measurable KPI’s
Use data driven insight to Identify high value markets and verticals
Persona Development / Audience understanding
Deliver new and creative ways to engage with our market to maximise lead capture
Event planning and support
Management of marketing team
Maintain and grow our thought leadership presence
Partner Portal Management

Skills & Experience Needed:
Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or related field
5+ years of experience
Content Creation / technical writing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience interacting with audiences of all technical and management level
Strong proficiency in Powerpoint / Google slides
Experience in webinars, podcasts or videography is a plus
Experience and ability to work within WordPress is a plus
Marketing experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
Compensation and benefits: This position has a salary range of $70,000 -$90,000. This job is eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.
