Sr. ICM Consultant

We partner with mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies to provide the expertise and assistance in selecting and implementing sales performance management, sales analytics, and related sales-enabling technologies.

Insurance Compensation Management (ICM) Senior Consultants implement insurance and Financial Services solutions by gathering and documenting business requirements then designing, configuring, and testing system components of SAP Agent Performance Management Enterprise software. 

Job Responsibilities Include:  

  • Demonstrating in-depth expertise of SAP ICM for insurance and/or financial services customers.

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of external distribution channels including the types of commission and bonus plans typically used.

  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of agent and advisor onboarding and certification.

  • Maintaining strong technical aptitude, and ability to coach newer team members.

  • Software implementation expert including waterfall and agile, proven skills developing test plans and assisting Project Managers with change management.

  • Leading customer discovery sessions and technical discussions.

 

Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience implementing a leading commissions software application - SAP ICM, SAP Commissions, Aurea DCM, Vue Software, Varicent, Optymyze or Xactly.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology products and languages.

  • Ability to analyze, problem solve and create working solutions.

  • Work with Project Managers to plan customer meetings and coordinate follow up.

  • Professional organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A commitment to customer success.

 

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • 5+ years of experience implementing commissions software including insurance and/or financial services experience.

  • Eagerness to contribute to a high growth, team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

 

Compensation and benefits: This position has a salary range of $90,000 -$100,000. This job is eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.
