Insurance Consultant - Sr. Consultant

We partner with mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies to provide the expertise and assistance in selecting and implementing sales performance management, sales analytics, and related sales-enabling technologies.

 

Insurance Consultants and Senior Consultants implement cloud software solutions by gathering and documenting business requirements then designing, configuring, and testing system components of SAP Agent Performance Management (APM) Enterprise software to create the optimal agent and advisor experience.

 

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • In-depth expertise of SAP APM for insurance and financial services customers.

  • Expert in commission and bonus plans typically used with agents and brokers.

  • Ability to manage agent, agency, broker, policy, membership and premium information.

  • Excellent working knowledge of agent and advisor onboarding and certification.

  • Strong technical aptitude, and ability to coach newer team members.

  • Lead customer discovery sessions, technical discussions and user training.

 

Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience implementing cloud software in insurance, financial services or banking.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology products and languages.

  • Ability to analyze, problem solve and create working solutions.

  • Work with Project Managers to plan customer meetings and coordinate follow up.

  • Professional organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A commitment to customer success.

 

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience with cloud software in insurance, financial services or banking.

  • Eagerness to contribute to a high growth, team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

 

Compensation and benefits: This position has a salary range of $75,000 - $105,000. This job is eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.
