Insurance Compensation Management (ICM) Consultants implement insurance and Financial Services solutions by gathering and documenting business requirements then designing, configuring, and testing system components of SAP Agent Performance Management Enterprise software.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Demonstrating in-depth expertise of SAP ICM for insurance and/or financial services customers.
Demonstrating strong understanding of external distribution channels including the types of commission and bonus plans typically used.
Demonstrating good working knowledge of agent and advisor onboarding and certification.
Maintaining strong technical aptitude, while having the ability to acquire new skills quickly.
Understand software implementation project governance with experience developing and executing test plans.
Participating in customer discovery sessions, and/or leading technical discussions.
Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:
Experience implementing a leading commissions software application - SAP ICM, SAP Commissions, Aurea DCM, Vue Software, Varicent, Optymyze or Xactly.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technology products.
Ability to analyze, problem solve and create working solutions.
Professional organizational skills including ability to work remotely and on multiple projects at once.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A commitment to customer success.
Skills & Experience Needed:
2+ years of experience implementing commissions software including insurance and/or financial services experience.
Eagerness to contribute to a high growth, team-oriented environment.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation and benefits: This position has a salary range of $75,000 -$90,000. This job is eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.
