Canidium has a current opening for a Consultant on our Xactly team.  Xactly Consultants perform a variety of tasks related to the implementation of the Xactly suite of products for our clients. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Gathering and documenting detailed business requirements

• Completing solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support

• Writing rules, analyzing results, troubleshooting, and improving processes as needed

• Communicating prompt and professional responses to requests from clients

• Learning and developing unique technology solutions to apply in specific business problems

• And all other duties requested by management

• Excellent domain expertise, technical aptitude, and ability to learn quickly and adapt new technical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience interacting with audiences of all technical and management levels

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

• Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment, with a "Can Do" attitude
   

Required Experience and Skills:

• 2+ years experience working with Xactly Incent 

• Proven customer-facing consulting experience

• Strong technical aptitude

• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical project team members at all levels

• Strong writing ability for technical documentation (requirements, design)
   

Preferred: 

• Xactly Connect

• Experience with modules other than Xactly Incent (Analytics, eDocs, Objectives, etc.)

Compensation and benefits: This position has a salary range of $70,000 -$100,000+. This job is eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.
