Lead Data Integration Analyst/Consultant (XY2)

Job Title: Lead Data Integration Analyst/Consultant

We partner with mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies to provide the expertise and assistance in selecting and implementing sales performance management, sales analytics, and related sales-enabling technologies that result in a better understanding of where to focus and how to motivate sales teams to increase their likelihood of generating higher and more profitable sales.

 

Canidium has a current opening for a Lead Data Integration Consultant on our Xactly team.  Xactly Consultants perform a variety of tasks related to the implementation of the Xactly suite of products for our clients. 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading data integration business requirement discussions and documenting detailed business requirements

  • Sets priorities and assigns tasks to team resources

  • Review team members’ SQL code and test cases for use of best-practices

  • Ensure the scalability and end-user friendliness of design decisions

  • Develop data integration processes through Xactly’s SQL-driven ETL tool

  • Perform testing at various levels including unit testing and end-to-end testing

  • Guide customers through user acceptance testing of their data integration solution

  • Communicating prompt and professional responses to requests from clients

  • Learning and developing unique technology solutions to apply in specific business problems

  • Managed concurrent responsibilities between multiple projects

  • And all other duties requested by management 

 

Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • High technical aptitude, and ability to learn quickly and adapt new technical skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

  • Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment, with a "Can Do" attitude

  • Advanced knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and data manipulation and transformation methods

  • Self-motivated, service-minded team player with a strong desire to make an impact

 

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • 2+ years of managerial or team lead experience

  • 3+ year(s) experience working with SQL performing data analysis or building data integration processes, prior customer-facing experience

  • Strong technical aptitude

  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical project team members at all levels

  • Strong writing ability for technical documentation
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years building data integration processes with solutions in the SPM space (Xactly, Callidus/SAP Commissions, Varicent, etc)

  • Prior consulting experience

  • Data Integration or Admin experience with Salesforce, Workday, Netsuite, sFTP

Compensation and benefits: This position has a salary range of $95,000-$130,000. This job is eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.
