SAP Insurance SPM Analyst - Consultant (INS2)

Canidium is a leader in Sales Performance Management and Incentive Compensations Management. We partner with mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies to provide the expertise and assistance in selecting and implementing sales performance management, analytics, and related sales-enabling technologies to enable and motivate sales teams.  Canidium has multiple openings for Associates and Consultants in our rapidly growing Insurance Practice.  SAP APM Associates and Consultants perform a variety of tasks implementing SAP’s Agent Performance Management (APM) cloud software suite for insurance and financial services customers.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • BS in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Math, Business or Accounting or similar related degree

  • 2+ years of experience using enterprise software for insurance, financial services or banking

  • Data integration and transformation skills using SQL and a scripting language such as Groovy, Python or JavaScript

  • Ability to contribute to a high growth, team-oriented environment

  • Can work independently and meet deadlines

  • Success in a customer facing role

 

Canidium will provide training to successful candidates for the following job responsibilities:  

  • In-depth expertise to implement SAP APM Enterprise in insurance and financial services

  • Strong understanding of agent, agency, advisor and broker information as well as source data systems for policies, membership, and premium

  • Strong working knowledge of agent and advisor onboarding and compliance

  • Expert in commission and bonus plans used with agents, agencies, advisors and brokers

  • Implement and maintain commission plans and operations workflows

  • Continuing development of SQL, scripting, SAP APM configuration and testing skills

  • Participate and lead customer discovery sessions and technical discussions

 

Compensation and benefits: These positions have a salary range of $55,000 - $100,000, and are eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees. 

Canidium is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  These are full-time roles and can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.  Those in northern Colorado also have the option to work in the office.  When travel resumes, applicants should expect up to 10% of travel within this role.
