SAP Commissions / SFIM Consultant

We partner with mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies to provide the expertise and assistance in selecting and implementing sales performance management, sales analytics and related sales-enabling technologies that result in a better understanding of where to focus and how to motivate sales teams to increase their likelihood of generating higher and more profitable sales.

SAP Commissions Consultants assist with implementations and maintenance of SPM and ICM solutions. Specifically, the consultant will assist in designing and implementing Callidus/SAP Commissions solutions through gathering and documenting business requirements.

 

SAP Commissions Consultants are responsible for the following:  

• Designing and Implementing SAP solutions through gathering and documenting business requirements

• Designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP Commissions technology

• Creating Functional Requirements Documents, participating in kick-offs, and testing

• Estimating work effort and project timelines successfully

• Assessing impacts to scope and addressing scope concerns with clients/upper management as needed

• Communicating promptly and professionally to requests from clients

Skills & Experience Needed:

• BS or MS degree in technology related program or equivalent (Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.)

• 2+ years experience with Callidus/SAP Commissions product, and ideally CDL/XDL/SDI/Datasphere or Embedded Analytics.

• 5+ years consulting experience, preferably with Callidus/SAP Commissions product

• Excellent domain expertise, technical aptitude, and ability to quickly adapt new technical skills
