We're currently seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with client business goals. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

• Design and develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce components.

• Utilize declarative tools such as Flow to build screen applications as well as record-triggered automations

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.

• Develop and execute Apex and Flow tests to ensure the quality and reliability of Canidium Salesforce solutions.

• Deploy code and configuration changes to production environments using Salesforce deployment tools and best practices.

• Assist with data migration and validation between systems and/or Salesforce orgs.

• Participate in automation and code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project success.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.

• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Flow.

• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools.

• Previous experience working on Enterprise implementation projects.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
