What You’ll Do

• Assist in maintaining, analyzing, and improving our professional services automation (PSA) system

• Support team members by providing insights and assistance with PSA tools

• Build and manage company performance dashboards to track key business metrics

• Conduct data analysis to generate meaningful insights and support decision-making

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and operations

• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements

• Take on special projects that contribute to Canidium’s operational efficiency

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or other spreadsheet tools (analytics and formulas)

• Coding experience is a plus but not required

• Strong understanding of business math and analytics

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
