Canidium Analysts work on requirements gathering and documentation in order to successfully implement software systems. Analysts also become familiar with Canidium project life cycle, methodology, and project tools in order to meet the needs of our clients. This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates.
Analysts will be responsible for the following:
Implementing and upgrading systems through gathering and documenting business requirements and designs
Configuring and testing rules, as well as reporting
Maintaining accurate quotas and rates for sales compensation plans
Performing data gathering and tracking metrics
Assisting with a variety of business units including HR, Finance, and Sales Operations
And all other duties requested by management
Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:
Experience with reporting packages OR technical aptitude
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to think strategically and have a problem-solving mindset
Strong time management and business organization skills
Required Qualifications:
BS in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business, a related degree
Strong SQL skills and an overall technical aptitude
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Compensation and benefits: This position has a salary range of $55,000 -$70,000. This job is eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.
