Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining and completing project deliverables on time and within budget
Serve as the primary escalation point for project issues, demonstrating decisive leadership in resolving complex technical and operational challenges
Providing weekly project status reports and monthly executive status reports
Analyzing technical problems and recommending solution options to project team and clients
Act as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders, aligning project outcomes with their overarching business objectives and ROI goals
Communicating sales information and product changes internally and externally
Drive account growth by consistently identifying client pain points and proposing high-value add-on services or managed services solutions"
Drive project profitability by proactively managing budgets, monitoring burn rates, and implementing corrective actions to prevent overages
Updating project documentation as required
Optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize team productivity and ensure the right skills are applied to the right tasks

Skills & Experience Needed:
10+ years prior technical project management experience with package software implementation required
3+ years ICM / SPM project experience with software packages from companies like SAP or CallidusCloud, Xactly, Varicent
3+ years Pricing / CPQ project experience with Pricefx or comparable pricing softwareExperience with CRM (SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Financials (Oracle, Zuora, etc.)
PMP certification or SCRUM preferred
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with technical and nontechnical project team members at all levels
Compensation and benefits:The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000. This job is eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.
